Clubhouse Rentals

The BWBC Clubhouse has seating for up to 120 guests. There are 11 x 5' Round tables, 8 x 6' rectangular tables and 4 x 8' rectangular tables, 10 x high top tables 30" and adequate chairs to go around the tables.
BWBC Member Pricing:

Rental: $300

Cleaning Fee: $100

Security Deposit $ 50

Total: $450

Additional Notes:

If you need to rent the clubhouse for the entire day, the cost is $500.
If you need to decorate the clubhouse the day before an event or a few hours prior to your event – you can as long as the clubhouse is not rented/occupied during that time. If you need to ensure that the clubhouse is available to you – you may reserve a 2 hours window of time prior to your event for $50.00.
Clubhouse rentals are only for members.
