Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in the Briarcliff Woods Beach Club. By submitting this form you are applying for family membership. If the Board accepts your application, you and your family receive all rights, privileges and benefits of membership, and agree to comply with the club bylaws.
Waiting List Priority
Applicants who live within the club boundaries take precedence — east of N. Druid Hills Rd., north of LaVista Rd., west of Briarlake Rd., and south of I-85.
Fee Schedule
| Application Fee | $50.00 — non-refundable, due with application |
| Initiation Fee | $800.00 — one time, first year only |
| Base Dues | $250.00 |
| Family Dues | $150.00 per person ages 1–64 ($750 max) · $75.00 age 65+ |
| Work Day Fee | $50.00 — refunded if you attend work day |
What Happens After You Apply
- Submit the form on the right — you'll receive an email confirmation.
- Our Membership Chair contacts you directly to arrange the $50.00 application fee.
- Your waiting list spot is confirmed once we receive it. Nothing further is due unless you're approved and accept membership.
